The queen of rock & roll has announced she will return to the stage later this year and will arrive at London’s O2 Arena and the Manchester’s MEN Arena in March.

PAUL MCCARTNEY

Tina Turner is to play four concerts in the UK - eight years after announcing her retirement from touring. She has announced details of live UK dates for 2009, plus has said she will play further dates in Europe at the start of the year.

Tina Turner will play the O2 Arena London on the 3rd and 4th March 2009 and Manchester MEN Arena on the 30th and 31st March. Tickets go on sale to the general public on Friday 28 May at 9am. However there will be some presales:

LONDON - Unfortunately only for O2 customers - O2 priority tickets are available to purchase from 9am Wednesday 21 May until 8am Wednesday 28 May 2008. For online purchases, you’ll need your unique password. To get this, text TINA to 2402. To purchase tickets, go to TICKETMASTER and simply enter your password into the promotion code section.
