Irish boy band Boyzone are reuniting for their first UK tour in seven years, singer Ronan Keating announced on Wednesday.

“We’ve been talking about getting back together for some time now,” Keating, 30, said on his Web site www.ronankeating.com.

The tour will kick off in May at London’s O2 Arena and end in June in Glasgow. The 7 dates are as followed:

30th May 2008 - The o2 Arena - London
1st June 2008 - Wembley Arena - London
3rd June 2008 - Nottingham Arena
6th June 2008 - Cardiff International Arena
11th June 2008 - NEC Arena - Birmingham
13th June 2008 - MEN Arena - Manchester
15th June 2008 - Liverpool Arena
17th June 2008 - Newcastle Arena
18th June 2008 - Hallam FM Arena - Sheffield

The only Duran Duran UK date since 2 years will not take place at the Odeon Leicester Square as it was announced previously (see previous post Duran Duran London Gig). The London show has now been moved to The Lyceum Theatre in the West End of London on Monday 3 December 2007, in celebration of the launch of their upcoming album, ‘RED CARPET MASSACRE’, which will be released November 19.

With tickets priced at £100, £75 and £60 (plus applicable service charges), Duran Duran Fan Community members will be able to purchase both tickets and exclusive VIP packages in advance of the general public from Thursday November 15th at 7.00pm. Note that you need to be a member since at least 60 days to purchase Duran Duran presale tickets. Well, at least touts will not get these ones…
